Three friends (although Emily & Seb are actually married) with a mutual love for good food and quality products. Between them, they bring a unique blend of skills: from food styling, food writing, and art direction to industrial design and media production. With over 25 years of combined experience, in key these areas, they’ve channeled this passion and expertise into creating ŌLLIS.

 

Emily – Our Creative Lead
Emily Ezekiel is trained chef, food stylist, art director, and cookbook author. She’s worked with some of the biggest names in the food world, from culinary superstars like Jamie Oliver & Anna Jones to the sensational Nat's Nourishments & Melissa Hemsley - if you’re into cookbooks, then chances are you’ve seen her work.

 

Sebastian (middle) – Keeping the Plates Spinning
With 20 years in media and production, Seb ensures every part of the process runs smoothly - From logistics to comms and everything in between. He keeps things at a steady simmer and stops them from boiling over. 

 

Alex (left) – Turning Ideas Into Reality
Founder of the London-based design studio Approach Studio. His successful career has seen him create everything from quantum computers to smart TVs - and now, cast iron cookware.
