Pre-Orders -
Thanks for your patience! Shipping for pre-orders will begin in September 2025. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and send a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the local warehouse.
Shipping Policy, Times & Cost -
When pre-orders have been fulfilled, normal shipping service will resume.
Orders placed through our store are sent directly to our warehouse and typically begin processing straight away during business hours. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number (sent to the email address used at checkout via Shopify) with the following delivery windows -
- UK: 2-3 Business days £20.00 - Via Yodel XPECT 48.
- EU: 3-5 Business days €25.00 - Via UPS Standard.
- US: 5-10 Business days $20.00 - Via DHL Ground.
Most orders arrive on the quicker end of the delivery window. While we don’t offer next-day delivery (we’re unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, not Amazon ), we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely — and we promise it’s worth the wait!
Exchanges, Returns & Damages -
Shopify - Because we process orders quickly to get them out the door, it can be tricky to make changes once they’ve been placed. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at support@ollishome.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help!
We will gladly process a refund for any OLLIS products sent back to us in good condition, within 30 days of the original purchase.*
How to return your OLLIS Product:
1) Inform us by emailing: support@ollishome.com quoting your order number (Please make sure this is within the 30-days of your original purchase date).
2) We’ll then send you a Return Authorisation link.
3) Use your Return Authorisation link and complete the returns form using your Shopify purchase number and the email you used for purchase.
If an OLLIS product is returned for any reason other than repair / replacement under warranty, the customer is responsible for all postage charges to return it.
If an item turns up damaged, please take photos and email them to: support@ollishome.com We will deal with all cases individually and please allow up to 72-business hours for a response. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
*Please note, this is only for orders bought through our store. Crowdfunding orders unfortunately cannot be returned. Please see more info below on Crowdfunding rewards.
Crowdfunding - Although we really appreciate your help in getting us this far, we’re unable to accept returns on items purchased through our crowdfunding campaigns, unless something arrives damaged. If that’s the case, please get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement.
